The work of Marion C. Martinez is easy to appreciate whether it is hanging on a wall or adorning a lapel.

Since the mid-1980's, Marion has been a pioneer in the creation of art utilizing salvaged, discarded circuit boards and other electronic components, which she recycles and reconfigures into wearable art (jewelry), sculpture and wall hangings.
Marion's meticulously crafted circuit board art, which she refers to as "Mixed Tech Media" art, has also been categorized as "outsider art", "assemblage art", "Hispanic religious art", "modern religious art", "sacred art", "contemporary Hispanic art", "contemporary folk art", "fine art", "fine craft" and "recycled art".
Marion's work has received several awards and has been the subject of many academic journals, newspaper and magazine articles and can be found in several corporate, private and museum collections. Marion's work has also hung on the New Mexico Christmas tree at the White House. We invite you to explore Marion's web site and enjoy the work she creates using discards from our technological age.
